Shoot, See, Improve
The OCAT System can help shooters identify shooting mistakes by tracking the location, order, and timing of the shots placed on the target; it doesn’t matter if the shot was from a laser training device, a live round, or from an air gun round. Shooters can use this information to improve their accuracy and speed, while saving time and money.
In laser training mode the OCAT System acts as a live fire simulator and gives you information that you just can’t get in any other way. The system will track your shots just as if you were firing live rounds into a target, but gives you much more information than just the hit location. The OCAT System in laser mode will tell you how the gun moves from the moment you pull the trigger to approximately the time the round leaves the barrel. The laser movement is tracked and the system shows you the amount of movement by increasing the size of the hit mark on the screen. Additionally the system shows you a line with the track of the laser on the target.
At the range the OCAT System allows you to track your shooting over time. It allows you to view multiple shooting session at one time using the OCAT Analyzer program, helping the shooter to find mistakes that might be hidden by only viewing one target at a time. The OCAT System and Analyzer shows the shot order and times for each shot so you can look for mistakes such as rushing your shots. The OCAT System provides the tools for use by shooters of any level to improve their shooting.
